CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Diosa Forever at 18mluxury@gmail.com or +91 9512046456. An order may be cancelled only before it has been shipped or dispatched by Diosa Forever. Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, the customer may not be able to cancel the order; in such cases, the customer may request a return after receiving the product, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. If an eligible cancellation request is received and accepted before dispatch, any payment already made will be refunded through the original payment method or another appropriate method. The refund for a successfully cancelled order will be initiated within 7 working days at the earliest after cancellation is confirmed. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the relevant bank, payment gateway or financial institution. Cancellation requests should include the customer's name, order number, registered mobile number and email address. Cancellation is effective only after confirmation from Diosa Forever.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

9. RETURN AND REFUND

Returns are governed by the Diosa Forever Return & Refund Policy published on www.diosaforever.com. Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 3 days from receipt of the product. Returned products must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. Diosa Forever will inspect returned products before approving a refund. Where a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 7 working days at the earliest after receipt and verification of the returned product.
