- Any item purchased from www.diosaforever.com or any official merchandising partner/ retailer / online distribution partners or any official alliance, can be returned to the parent company 18M Luxury tech private limited at the registered address B24 Ratnakar society Opp Yash complex, Gotri Vadodara-390021 within 7 business days of the purchase with the bill of purchase/ invoice. 7th day is included in the 7 days. Business days include Monday to Friday.
- The money is refunded on 1st or 15th of every month.
- The item must be returned in the original state. Any wear and tear will not be accepted. If there is an issue in stitching, wear and tear during the delivery, missing item, unfinished product, then only refund must be filed.
- If there is any of the above issue (except the stitching issue) the costumer must call on this tollfree no. 9712390937 withing 36 hrs. of spotting such a problem or at the earliest.
- In special cases we can offer that to refund beyond 36 hrs. on case basis. No refund will be provided after 7 days.
- A new product can be issued if the original product is returned in the time frame on the request of the customer. In this case no money will be refunded.
- In case of any transactional error the payment gateway/ your bank must be contacted and all the assistance from our side will be provided.
- In case of multiple payments for the same product, on verification our team will refund the amount on 1st or 15th of the month. Customer is required to notify about the same on the number +917777950937 within 36 hrs. of the purchase.
- Stitching warrantee is available for the 1st year (365 days including the 365th day) from the bill of purchase.
