Welcome to Diosa Forever! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Diosa Forever App (the "App") and the accompanying Smart Bag (the "Bag"). By downloading, installing, or using the App and Bag, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App or Bag.

1. Permissions and Access Requirements

To use the App and its functionalities effectively, you must grant the following permissions:

• Bluetooth: Required to enable communication between the App and the Bag for real-time features such as SOS activation and tracking.
• Location Access: Required for live tracking of the Bag and responding to an SOS triggered via the Bag’s button. Used for locating the Bag in case of loss.
• Contacts: Required to access your phone contacts for enabling the SOS feature and notifying emergency contacts.
• Wi-Fi: Required for synchronizing data, updating the App, and ensuring optimal connectivity.
• Personal Details: Required to personalize your experience and support App features. This includes name, phone number, email, secondary phone and email, gender, age, location (city, state, and pin code), and picture.

You must provide these permissions to access and use the App. Without granting these permissions, the App’s functionalities cannot be fully utilized, and access will be restricted.

2. Use of the App and Bag

• Acceptable Use: You agree to use the App and Bag only for their intended purposes, such as SOS activation, tracking, and related functionalities. You must not misuse the App or Bag, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data tampering, or using them for illegal activities.
• Prohibited Actions: Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of the App. Using the App or Bag in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and securing your device. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information when requested by the App.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

All data collected through the App, including personal details, contacts, and location, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Diosa Forever is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from misuse of the App or Bag, failure to grant required permissions, or unauthorized access to your account or data. The App and Bag are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated within the App and will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary. Upon termination, you must uninstall the App and cease all use of its features.

8. Account Deletion Policy

If you wish to delete your account and associated data, we provide a simple process to request account deletion. Please follow the steps below:

• Request Submission: To request the deletion of your account, please visit our Account Deletion Request Form. You will need to provide your account details (e.g., email address or username) to verify your identity and process your request.
• Processing Time: Once your request is received, our team will review and process it within 7 working days. We may contact you if additional information is required to verify your identity.
• Irreversible Action: Please note that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
